Friendly staff, could not do enough. Right from arriving to leaving those on reception where cheerful. I was not well and they ensure my stay was comfortable. My single room was small but pleasant, private and comfortable. The breakfast was the best of my six weeks in the UK. All food was fresh. Breakfast staff friendly.

It’s a aonderful small hotel in an excellent location close to Paddington station (3 mins walk). Very up-market room with fittings that you might expect to find in a top class hotel. All rooms, front door and room safe are card-operated. The continental breakfast was an additional £9 but it was a great layout with all food that you’d expect. Staff were attentive and available 24 hours.

The hotel is well positioned next to hide park. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable. I had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant of the hotel and having a few drinks at the bar. Both the food and the drinks were exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Oleh, the lovely girls at the reception and the gentleman at the bar. Definetly worth a visit if you’re in London!
