Overlooking private, secluded gardens, this 4-star luxury hotel has 2 restaurants, an on-site gym and 2 sun rooms. The Russell Square U-Bahn (subway) Station is a 4-minute walk away. The junior suite we stayed in for a week, called Lady, was beautifully decorated. Old fashioned which I like, golden light fittings and golden edges. And having a bathroom with a toilet and a separate shower room was wonderful for us two. The space was small but all was so smartly arranged on 3 levels, it felt like a 4 room apartment. Loads of hangers with a huge space for clothes and loads of drawers. Very good. Impressed with the many electrical plugs, very good for all the electrical equipment needing charges. Their Blue Door Bistro next door was brilliant for food. We have stopped eating breakfast, but had lunches and dinners there most of the time.

Superb attention to detail in the rooms is obvious from the free standing tub to the fixtures. The paint choices are elegant and relaxing. Fresh baked cookies delivered on a tray in the afternoon. And, most importantly, the food. Make sure to go and invite friends or sit solo and enjoy the great love and care they put into their menu, spirits and wine. Start a conversation and you'll quickly realize it's love for these things that makes the place what it is. And a lot of determination of course. If I lived in London this would be a regular spot for me. Checks all the boxes.

Ideally set in the center of London, City Sleeper at Royal National Hotel has buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. Everything exceeded my expectations but particularly Phil the night manager who went over and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Would definitely recomment.

Ideally located in the Camden district of London, Sonder Camden Road is located a 18-minute walk from Camden Market, 1.2 miles from King's Cross Theatre and 1.6 miles from Emirates Stadium. I love the helpfulness of the staff and the room itself. Location was great to do a lot of fun things. Definitely recommend getting an oyster card to ease travel.
