The staff was excellent, from reception, waiters and cleaners. Always with a smile! Nothing was too much for service or for a good laugh. Hotel is very clean, food and breakfast excellent. Rich choice. Walk to down town El Gouna was 40 mins but that was great to have appetite. On the way back you can take a tuk tuk for only e 1.50. Nice and clean swimming pool, consider to go their again. The hotel is new. Every day water and coffee in the room

The owner was extremely helpful and nice, also answered very quickly to any questions we had. Also provided us with recommendations which were so helpful! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. I was surprised at how small details were paid attention to. The kitchen was fully stocked, down to the spice rack, different vinegars, kitchen appliances, espresso machine and a French press. Wow! I’m wondering the owners are Italian…. The bedrooms rooms were comfortable, the living room with a nice open space and plenty of lighting. AC in every room! The roof top was AMAZING!! With a BBQ grill ( bring your charcoal), two different seating areas, a swing and two lounge chairs for that perfect tan! They paid attention to a lot of the smaller details and had a complementary box of mineral water. This beautiful property in the marina was exquisite and surpassed my first visit to Elgouna. Communication was easy, with a lockbox ( for the units key) and simple instructions. Highly recommended!
