The location was ideal, in a very scenic neighborhood, only a few steps from a major U-Bahn station (Dammtor). The breakfast was lovely, with a range of options, all fresh and delicious. The staff was amazing! They helped with so many things, from arranging a taxi to the airport to providing a thread and needled to mend a garment. And they did so many special touches, such as providing a small kids lamp in the shape of a mushroom for our seven-year old daughter.

Management thought of absolutely everything one could wish. From the size of the corridors to the comfort of the room. Every thing is super clean, generous and quiet. On rainy days the red awning on the windows make the room glow rather than looking gloomy. All 3 restaurants have perfect staff and wonderful food. The bar and cafe area near reception is wonderful as well.

Everything was excellent. The lady at the reception, which may be the owner, goes out of her way to help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Inside the hotel is beautiful and really a place to rest well.
