It's nice when you come to the pool, they take you to the sunbed, towels, water. Such pleasant little things make an impression! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Very comfortable suits: we had everything we need, it was clear and spacious. The stuff did their job perfectly. Although it was February, the swimming pool and jacuzzi worked. Breakfast was also fine, we had a great choice of food. I recommend you to visit the bar in the hotel

Está ubicado en el barrio de Bur Dubai, a 10 minutos en coche del centro comercial Dubai Mall y del edificio Burj Khalifa. The hotel staff is fantastic, I would like to mention specially Pankaj from reception for the outstanding service and all their security staff at entrance are very welcoming. The room are fantastic. I got the top floor room with nice views of City and Burj khalifa. Do not forget to orders a fantastic Indian food from Sarvana Bhavan which is just 5 minutes walk and a really fabulous Pakistani food from DesPardes which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel. Bus stop is just next to the hotel. Cleanliness in the hotel is fantastic.

El Rove Downtown Dubai, que cuenta con piscina al aire libre y terraza, está bien situado en el centro de Dubái, junto al rascacielos Burj Khalifa y el centro comercial The Dubai Mall. Everything! Placida, rica and julia was very helpful during our stay especially when we lost out luggages in the airport. They helped us a lot. We will come back for sure!

Very friendly & competent staff, helping you with calling taxis etc. and even walk out the door with you to find the taxi as the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is excellent and the perfect morning experience to start the day. This hotel has probably the best location in Old Dubai, just minutes from the heritage area which has now been turned into museums and is absolutely worth visiting.
