Such an amazing hotel! The location is excellent and the views over Chefchaouen cannot be beaten. The room was big and comfortable and every amenity was thought of. The food was excellent and the staff was really nice and thoughtful (the moment it got a bit chilly blankets were immediately draped over our shoulders). It’s very easy to park your car across the road and you can easily walk into Chefchaoun when you want to visit the medina. A real no miss during your trip to Morocco!
Set in the historical centre of Chefchaouen, Hotel Souika features accommodation decorated in a typical Moroccan style with zelig tiles.

I extended my time in this hostel for some solo time in Chefchauen, and honestly what a brilliant decision. I had the most incredible time here. The people I met, the kindness of the staff, the beautiful roof terrace, and the great location of the hostel... 10/10
The internet is quite fast, I had a couple of meetings and the calls went smoothly.
I have nothing else to say more than enjoy your stay, eat delicious tajin in the nearby restaurants and have fun walking around.

A ridiculously picturesque city with a quaint Médina to stroll though. An afternoon, dinner, one night and breakfast is likely enough time to explore the area. There are lots of hills/stairs so might not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

It is a more laid back place compared with where we had come from in Morocco ie. the bustling city of Fez -So we instantly felt more relaxed! We mostly enjoyed exploring by walking at our own pace in this pretty town in the mountains. We enjoyed views from rooftops and from the top of the Kasbah. We had good meals- one at the main square a restaurant called Twins which was great for people watching and to see the entertainers! Also the other restaurant we went to twice was called Cafe Clock where there was live music every night and the staff were very helpful and interested in chatting with us..

Picturesque town with lots of photo opportunities and hiking directly out of town. Smallish, but fun Medina which is full of steps and alleys you can get lost in, but easy to get out of as well. A bit touristy but souks are not pushy at all.

Scenic, but lots of tourists (including us!) most handicrafts for sale did not appear to be of high quality; however, some rugs looked quite nice but I didn’t have the capacity (room) to consider purchasing any.

We went on motorcycles
the road up to it is in a terriable state and th elighting is very poor.
If you go in the winter then its just another rainy town.
Lots off ferrel dogs about pulling bins over in search of food and leaving the place less than desirable. Of which the locals were happy about.
So my advice do not go in winter
This is an amazing little hotel in the middle of the madina. The room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. The hotel sent a porter to the car park just outside of the Medina to meet us and help us with bags and to find the location (and they helped us back at the end of the stay). Breakfast was amazing and probably one of the best we had in Morocco. But the best was the spa. We booked the pool for a private swim and then had Hamman our attendent was friendly and it was a great experience.
Best place I've stayed in Morocco.
The bed was so comfy I haven't slept that good for a while. The bathrooms were clean and had nice hot showers.
The breakfast was delicious and sooo big.
The hotel is in the heart of the blue city, right next to the big square and yet very quiet.
It was raining and they still managed to clean my clothes and have it dry for the next day, free of charge.
The nicest people are taking a great care of their guests! I'll be back. Thank you so so much
Top notch service from everyone involved! The room and whole hotel had a lovely Moroccan feel. We very much enjoyed the regular access to mint tea as well. Spending evenings on the terrace with some Moroccan tea was a nice way to end the day.
The location was perfect; just outside of the old madina.
This was one of 4 hotels we have stayed in during our time in Morocco and by far our favourite.
Thank you so much for a lovely stay 😊
Terrible experience at this hotel, the owner tried to charge me an extra 20€ because there were 2 people in a room instead of one, whereas on Booking the price difference between one and two people is only 3€. Getting to the hotel is very complicated; there's a very steep climb and the last 50 meters are a dirt path. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had in Morocco. Avoid this place.
We stayed one night in Chefchaouen and enjoyed the practical layout and facilities of Aparthotel Dar Nowara Chaouen which came with a small kitchenette. Taking breakfast on the lovely patio was wonderful. Nassim was really lovely and responsive to our requests. Everywhere in Chefchaouen was a short walk away. Parking was across the road, next to the mosque for 20 dirhams a day.
Ahmed and Assia at the front desk are extraordinary hosts and quite knowledgeable about Chefchaouen and Morocco. They alternate between Arabic, French, and English with ease. The other staff are attentive and efficient and work with smiles. Breakfast was excellent and is sometimes accompanied by the boss singing. I recommend this hotel without qualification.
The location is really good, the entrance to the medina is just in front of the hotel. Also it is really close to the bus station( if you chose to travel like this). Best breakfast in Morocco i would say as some of the food is home-made. Get info about locations to eat from the owner, he will recommend some maroccan restaurants.
the location was supercool, it close to everywhere.
the owner of the hotel is soooo kind and soo helpful. he can do everything for you.
the internet connection was the best we have tried in Morocco👍
the stuffs that helped us to our baggage was also nice.
terrace is amazing! we love it. literally felt in love with the terrace.
At Cultural Morocco Tours, we meticulously curate our hotel selections, prioritizing factors such as prime location, exceptional service, and the overall guest experience. and this accommodation impeccably fulfills these criteria, making it an ideal recommendation for visitors.
Nordeen and the staff were really great. Everything is available in the store infront and it is open till late. The breakfast was better than many 5-star hotels I have stayed in. Overall a brilliant experience and the best stay in Morocco.
I loved the hospitality & the helpful attitude of the Manager of the hotel Mr. Abdeslam Barbara. He went out of his way to help me with all my needs and also helped me to get a taxi to go to Tangier. Because of his advise I saved money.
Sakura hotel is the epitome of luxury and hospitality. The location is very good in the old city. The reception is very good. Cleanliness 10/10. Breakfasts are excellent.
We were in a good place. Thank you so much.
