The Breakfast staff and especially the Dinner staff were very attentive and caring. This is not a very often experienced matter. For a Four Star establishment as yours, such attention is noted.

It would be helpful if some activities such as spa facilities, game drive and bike tours are taken off your website because travelling all the way to Limpopo only to look for an alternative at 6pm since we were misled was the biggest unjust. As if that wasn't enough, we are going back and forth trying to get the refund, yet no one is willing to help.

Plenty of bush lodges in tur surrouding area. It has many options and you can choose to stay at what suits your budget. Close to the Kruger Phalaborwa gate. Just make sure to have a bigger car such as 4x4 for the gravel roads.

It is a typical mining town with adequate infrastructure.
It is a typical mining town with adequate infrastructure. Some roads are in poor condition. The town however has beautiful winter climate and is right next to the Kruger National Park. Phalaborwa is a good and affordable alternative if accommodation in the Kruger Park is a challenge.
Good shops and restaurants in down town.

Phalaborwa is a mining town, and has deteriorated somewhat in last 15 years, but has a good clean mall and popular shops like Woolworths. Game can be spotted all around and the entrance 1km from town to Kruger Park further enhances its attractiveness. A good hotel and eatery -Bush Terrace- can be found right at the gate.
The Chalets were exceptional! Exceeded my expectations. The Kitchenette was fully equipped. Even back up lights that were handy for load shedding! Gardens well looked after and clean. We were able to come and go as we pleased. It is close to Phalaborwa Gate.
Secret - The shower head was amazing - made us buy one when we got home!
The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Not the traditional buffet breakfast. A la carte breakfast with quality options. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Room size is excellent. Staff is very, very professional. Location, very convenient, next to the Kruger gate.
Very nice place, close to the Phalaborwa gate. The host Dave makes sure you have everything you need and is more than happy to share some tips and tricks when going to Kruger, which was exactly what we needed.
Thank you again! We had a great time!
The guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities. The room was very comfortable. I absolutely loved their breakfast. The hosts were very helpful and they even offered me an umbrella when it started raining.
. The place is very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the bush experience. It's about 15 mins away from the Phalaborwa Kruger gate.We had an elephant visit our water hole which was amazing in our backyard. We will visit again.
Was not aware that it was self catering.....which was probably my own fault for not reading the advert correctly. But the staff went the extra mile and arranged some awesome steaks and braaied it for me...
Excellent, Issabella and her team are the most accommodating hosts i have ever come across at Hotel or Guest house i have stayed at. the went out of their way in understanding my situation.
Location not so far from Phalaborwa town, the rooms were very clean, everything we needed was provided. The staff were very friendly, the pool was warm and clean.
