Everything about the property and the location is tops. The fact that it is in the wildlife estate even when you are not necessarily looking out for animals you at times just see them. Last night we saw about 5 zebras as we were heading back to the Lodge. The Safari Moon Team are exceptional. Right from before your arrival you are guided on activities and the gate code etc. Also at the property you are actually pampered.

The adventure continued with more lion sightings as we departed. Our guide, Christelle, was the highlight of our trip. Her extensive knowledge and evident passion for wildlife truly enriched our safari, transforming it into a magical adventure. We experienced great extra drives, pursuing the echoes of roaring lions and observing the serene beauty of a lounging leopard. Fortune smiled upon us, allowing us to witness four different leopards, including a surprise visit from one during our sundowner drinks – a moment of sheer amazement especially for Christelle!!. The warmth and hospitality of Dave and Nikki made us feel like a part of the Nyala family. Their exceptional attention to detail in the dining experience, complemented by Shylet's service, elevated our stay. There is room for improvement with all meals and drinks. Floor staff also need a lot of intensive training for a 5 star place like that. Their service is of 3 star especially the bar , housekeeping and restaurant staff. We asked for an iron , waited almost an hour , called again, waited and ended up dressing up in yesterday’s clothes as we had to leave. Admin was very professional and welcoming.
