The landlady was really nice and warm greetings. She instructed how, when, where which never miss any single detail then we could find everything easily either to access location or get into the house.
The interiors have enough eveything you need even the kitchenware if you prefer self-cooking.
The location is great with a street full of food choices, small marts such as Aeon, Winmart, CircleK, etc... just 15 mins walk to the Swan Park which is amazing for who enjoy nature, green park, lake and friendly-kid playground.
Cycling around the lake also a great option for family activity.
We super enjoyed it.

Good location with a big supermarket on the ground floor and lots of restaurants and cafe bars in the many streets nearby all within easy walking distance. There a beautiful lake nearby where one can take leisurely walks in the grounds around it.

Adorable and vintage room 😍 I did love this . Fresh air because it is located on the (around) 27th floor ( maybe I don’t remember correctly ) But I wish the owner to add some more kitchen appliances and items, somethings basic such as a knife , bowls , dishes ,…. There are a lot of cool blankets and the mattress is so soft . I had a goodnight sleep there . Thanks so much

e stayed here for the first three nights of our Vietnam tour. From the moment we arrived we knew we had found somewhere special. Attentive doormen that carried our bags and helped us dodge the Hanoi City traffic in safety. Welcome drinks and refreshments towels were supplied as we checked in in comfort. The beds were super, super comfortable - it was like sleeping on a cloud! The rooftop infinity pool and spa were beautiful. We can also recommend the massage treatments on site.
We visited the rooftop bar every night, and we treated to live music on one evening.
What really made this stay is the hospitality, each member of staff could not do enough for you, we actually felt like royalty for the entirety of our stay.
A massive, massive thank you goes to Lucy Nguyen the travel supervisor. We had a basic idea of the activities that we would like to do but Lucy made all of of Vietnam dreams come true. Not only arranging our day trips and activities but also arranging our transport further on with our tour of Vietnam, from train tickets to taxis. She really did go beyond the extra mile and even checked in on us on her day off!!

You can walk to a lot of famous places by feet and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
