    Price was reasonable but the room inside and outside was dirty not clean at all. I guess you get what you pay for, housekeeping never came to exchange towels or refill toilet paper during our 3 night stay with 3 people.

    Taylor, Michigan Comfort Inn & Suites has outstanding...

    Taylor, Michigan Comfort Inn & Suites has outstanding customer service from ALL the STAFF!! Hats off to them all, especially Julie, Diana and Michael (all the front desk staff & engineer staff as well !); they accommodated our family’s needs and made the visit exceptional wonderful. We are most grateful and thankful for their diligent and sincere work ethics! Would certainly recommend this locations- great prices, clean facility and a generous breakfast!

    I love the convenience of having a kitchen in the room I love that the room has other seating areas than just the bed. I Love The view and how quiet it is throughout the day and night. I find that other hotels have children running up and down the Halls but at this particular hotel I found it very peaceful early in the morning at breakfast time and also throughout the day and night without a lot of noise disturbance

    Tipped staff to change linens , was never done . 3 days no one cleaned the room. Staff mopping with stinky mop. Staff talking about not being paid good and they will go to another job. On top of everything kicking me out for another guests load voice and other hotel clients making noise , not me or my kids . I would like a refund of part of my stay or I will continue to speak to higher management or google review.

    The nearness/easy access to event we were attending. The room size was good. Wish bathroom was a little larger. There was a microwave and refrigerator. Availability of coffee - 24/7 in lobby. The quietness of the rooms, not a lot of traffic in/out of hotel. No pets allowed.

    My flight was canceled and I had to find a place to stay. The hotel was great in every way. Very welcoming, quiet, and super clean! No strange smells, and seemingly new towels! Both hosts evening and midnight shift were most gracious and easy on the eyes I must say!!

    Breakfast was mediocre, usual hotel breakfast. Eggs and sausage. No bagels which I'm used to seeing at many other locations, just plane white toast was the only option I saw.
