I went with family members for spring break trip with kids. The area/location was EXCELLENT. So many shopping options on the strip. Lots and lots of golf activities as well. The beach was less that 6 minutes away. I was greatly pleased with the staff upon arrival. The rooms were good. The breakfast choice was good. Had a nice little sitting area in front near breakfast area(just like pics). Would stay again. The only name I was able to remember was Ella from housekeeping. Very nice and friendly..🙂

Sunset beach is beautiful.
Sunset beach is beautiful. Much better than the crowded, nasty beaches of myrtle. We drove into Southport, as I love the movie “safe haven”. Ate a lovely dinner at the “fishy fishy” cafe, and took a stroll around this quaint town.

The room was too small.Get rid of your sofa bed and put in a small table and chairs . As long as you force your guests to eat in their rooms, you need to provide a space for them to sit. Your TV trays in the closet just don’t get it. All the instruction notes in the room I found to be offensive. You are much too controlling and it shows. I guess you feel you have a captive audience during the season. But in the off season you don’t. We took a chance and were very disappointed. Once was enough for us.!

The condo was clean and very comfy! The beaches are like Angel dust sand and friendly people for the most part. October was the perfect time as there wasn't a crowd on the beach!

We love Sunset Beach and had a lovely house at Sea Trail...
We love Sunset Beach and had a lovely house at Sea Trail Golf Resort for twenty years. We just sold it this past July but were there in Feb. for two weeks and stayed at the Champion Villas with another couple! We have many retired friends at Sea Trail and will continue to come back there at least twice a year for golfing. Its a beautiful beach and far enough away from the crowds at Myrtle Beach but close enough to North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach for great restaurant and shopping! Its been our favorite place to visit since 1995! Villa Tuscana is our favorite Italian restaurant in N. Myrtle Beach!John & BarbaraUnited States

Within 3-5 miles of many good restaurants and only a short drive to North Myrtle and Cherry Grove. Quiet and peaceful. A wonderful screened back porch that I took full advantage of. Just a few steps and you are at the clubhouse. Our rooms were clean and the kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Comfortable beds and linens. Washer and dryer in the suite. Great communication with the property manager. Will definitely return!

We got to select a different beach each day. Atlantic Beach, Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach. The property was well kept! Clean! Comfortable! And suitable for our group. Just the right size. We did have a few ants and one cockroach so perhaps leave some spray in the house. We had everything we needed for cooking and a day at the beach!

You were advised not to enter the lobby to check-in; keys were left in our room. Instead of eating breakfast in the breakfast room, you grabbed a tray, chose what you wanted to eat (including one hot dish every day), and ate on the wonderful porch that every room had.
