We loved the corner bedroom suite on a high floor with fantastic views of both the city and the bay. Room was very comfortable and clean, all hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Loved the fact it had an affordable and easily accessible laundry on the premises … well done to all!

OMG the beds are just so comfortable - just like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect with everything being in walking distance. Whilst on the corner of busy Lombard Street, the traffic and street noise did not bother us. Would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to revisit San Francisco.
