Red Bank is home to a lot of excellent restaurants, and you can even ditch the car and arrive by boat if you like. Red Bank is walk-able, and if shopping is your thing you won't be disappointed. If music and performing arts interests you, the Count Basie Theatre is considered one of the premier venues for live events, and the acoustics are incredible.

Very quaint little town on the river.
Very quaint little town on the river. Got to see John Bon Jovi's restaurant on Monmouth street near the end of the street called 'JBJ Soul Kitchen'. We were there too early on a Sunday to eat there but looks like a great place to dine. No bill...it's by donation only. Very limited hours though. Staff are very friendly and enjoy chatting. Many great little spots to dine. Very touristy!ConnieCanada

The river view was spectacular - sunrise over the river on the one day the weather was nice - and the cantilevered windows were PERFECT for the cold breeze and listening to the storms during most of my stay. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Red Bank, if you felt like eating off property (the food in the hotel, at Pearl, was excellent - but be prepared for a wait - and wait staff were not particularly good…

They were hosting some sort of wedding and gave the room we requested to someone else. No refund and no options being fully booked. Didn't offer drinks, breakfast. Our location to our venue was convenient and dinner was good. Server was good, but front desk rude saying were fully booked and if you cancel your stay we will still have to charge you most of your cost.
