Best Western Plus Provo University Inn, hotel in Provo

Best Western Plus Provo University Inn is 1 mile from Brigham Young University and 2 miles from Provo Amtrak Station. It features an indoor pool, a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The staff were very polite and accommodating. It appeared to be in a safe area of town. There was ample parking that was easy to access. It was a bonus that the tv program “The Golden Girls” seemed to have their own cable TV channel, and played non-stop episodes. I am a very big fan of that tv show and I watch it quite often at home. The variety of breakfast items was very good, and we quite enjoyed breakfast. The mattress and pillows are comfy, and the bed sheets soft and had a “clean” look and feel to them. The hotel room itself was spacious and did not feel cramped with furniture. The common areas were also clean and orderly with modern and up to date furniture. For the price we paid for our stay, our experience was decent and satisfactory.

Person that check me in say she was going to upgrade my room. That was great but later I was charged $53.63 as a miscellaneous charge which we did not use anything extra during our stay. This is a reap off I won't stay in this hotel again.

We spent most of our time in Springville and it was beautiful. We visited a couple parks and they were clean and safe. Springville and the surrounding area left us with a small town feel. Neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. We avoided the tourist traps and just enjoyed our time. I plan to move to Wyoming or Idaho, but I have to admit that I am tempted to look closer at Utah based on this trip.

My stay at the Days inn in Provo on Aug 27/29 was my worst experience I have had since booking with Booking.com. Didn’t get the room booked and front desk didn’t care they dead they could only go by that they had on computer every when I showed my confirmation e-Mail. Booking.com show breakfast included but no breakfast. Facilities where not keep up and looked like it was in a abandoned office track. The room we stayed in lock on inside of door was broken and there was a definite path on bathroom door like it was broken in too. We will remember this stay for future bookings and will bypass all Days Inn and have to think twice about anything by Wyndham. I will send this to the main office all so and Booking.com.

I travel often to many states as a youtuber and video blogger. I collect items that can be repurposed and reused in crafts or other projects. I found Provo to be a beautiful and dynamic city with a small town feel. Near by Orem is a city within a city featuring many community green spaces and an abundance of fun and interesting shopping.

    I loved all the shopping!

I loved all the shopping! The mountains were so beautiful with the changing of the leaves. We ate at Olive Garden, Applebees and Red Robin but there are unlimited types of restraunts. People are very friendly. There is a nice bus system and lots of lanes for all the traffic.

If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this hotel is great. Giant in-room jacuzzi tub with a panoramic mountain view. The word funky perfectly describes the room layout we stayed in, which is effectively in the attic. But from a intimacy perspective it had all key components for a wonderful evening. Within the room, there are over 25-years of journal entries of people sharing their romantic/sexual conquests within the rooms. The journals were fun to read, a few entries were X-Rated, and involved exotic escapades, and adventures.

Breakfast was great. They eggs were some of the best I have had on a Hotel breakfast bar. I really like the little cards by the oatmeal that showed how you could make healthy or indulgent oatmeal, granola, yoghurt. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the separate toilet room. And I appreciated the different mirrors. Sometimes you want to get ready outside of the bathroom when you are sharing a room, but there isn't a mirror near a plug. This hotel room had at least 4 mirrors near plugs.

We were put in a bad corner room of the hotel when there were better rooms available. The overweight clerk was not too friendly. Maybe she did not like a mixed couple. She also spoke bad to others customers of a Indisch restaurant that is next door to this hotel. She said the food is pnly spicy. We went there too eat and we were able to choose…mild or spicy. This overweight vlerk at the hotel has some issues.

Everything went well for our stay. However the parking structure was not yet finished for parking at the Hyatt. So that was somewhat of an inconvenience everything looked brand new. But it would’ve been nice if they could’ve coordinated the structure for parking Being finished at the same time the hotel itself was finished. But overall very nice hotel great stay

The breakfast was self service and started early (which was good) with granola, yoghurt and orange juice. Waffles and burgers were available. The bed and showers were good standard. We particularly liked the fact that it had a good restaurant attached to the hotel called Ruby River Steak House which served good quality food and drink.

We like the breakfast and the 24 hour coffee and ice water. The fitness room and hot tub are nice as well however the fitness equipment could use some attention. I enjoyed the walking path along the stream and how close the hotel is to facilities (walking distance) but it's still right outside of town so it's quiet.
