The staff did not greet us, barely communicated and would not speak at all, told me to wait a minute when I asked a question. We reserved a double queen deluxe room and were given a three bed room and acted like they were doing us a favor. I wanted a sitting area not another uselesss bed. They said they upgraded us at no extra charge but kep telling me the charge was $201 rather than the confirmed $186. Also kept saying I had a pet. We do not! Did not tell us anything about breakfast or the pool. NO ELEVATOR IS RIDICULOUS. The room smelled when we first entered, had to open the window which had a broken screen allowing bugs in. I am not sure I will use Booking.com again. I am sure I will never stay at a Howard Johnson by Wyndham again.

Everything was great from check in to check out. We were just grateful to get out of the storm. Traveling on Christmas eve sucked but we were able to get off the road for the night and be warm and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfy

The room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels for 3 adult females. The continental breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options.

I can image this place would be awesome in the summer - especially for a family with kids. We only stayed one night as part of a cross country road trip and the weather wasn't the best. The facilities were very nice and we had a good dinner at the onsite restaurant.
