First room smelled like raw sewage.
First room smelled like raw sewage. Second room circulating fan vibrated, no way to turn it off. Faucet was loose, had never been tightened underneath. Was moved to a larger room because of first room bad smell. Was charged $50 for the upgrade even though this was a staff decision.SteveUnited States - 10Scored 10
There was nothing to complain about.
There was nothing to complain about. Our room was sufficient for an overnight stay. The price was good, especially since it was the weekend for Canton Trade Days. The distance to Canton was about a 20-30 minute. The front desk staff was very friendly!

I received a confirmation email that our request was going to be accommodated, however upon arrival we were told that the only rooms available were on different sides of the motel and on different floors. We were very upset and disappointed in the Best Western.
