Leadville is a quirky, old town with some good food options. For Copper Mtn skiers (with snow tires) looking for affordable lodging, it's worth ur consideration. Super convenient to Ski Cooper (10 min or so)

Very nice wild-western town. Lots of flair, many trhings to discover, old buildings, old shops, good restaurands and a interesting landscape. For such a popular destination, Leadville doesn't have much for restaurants or lodging. We did eat at Tennessee Pass Cafe and thought they were super friendly and welcoming and the food was great.ChristyUnited States - 6.0Scored 6.0
Interesting place but there are just too many mentally ill...
Interesting place but there are just too many mentally ill shopkeepers who have to advertise it. One shop had a large professionally made sign in their front window angrily denouncing the Supreme Court with extremely explicit and offensive language--sure am glad I don't have young children.

Pricey location, modest rooms with comfy bed. The place would definitely need some facelifting/renovation. Get the ice machine fixed. Do not choose this place if you want to have breakfast included. Leadville has an old town feel with a good variety of restaurants in price and quality. Nice selection of museums, I really learned a lot at the Jewish museum. The drive to Twin lakes and Independence Pass was great.WallUnited States

It was during renovations and our room was very clean. The bottom level was more cold and the heater kept going on and off all night. I have noticed more that I need ear plugs in hotels and could hear a lot. I am a light sleeper and had to put ear plugs in due to the noise in the hallway. Friendly and clean. We would stay here again. The tubing hill is across the street. Next time we will have to go there. Leavdville people are super nice and welcoming.BrendaUnited States

The cabin was thoughtfully appointed, creatively decorated, and very comfortable. The property was far enough from Leadville to provide an oasis of serenity from the usual tourist bustle.
