Palomino Motel, hotel in Las Vegas

Palomino Motel is offering accommodation in Las Vegas. The motel also offers free WiFi and free private parking. At the motel all rooms are equipped with a private bathroom.

This was our second stay. Outwardly, Palamino looks a little rundown, but the rooms are big and are spotless. I would give them a try.

The architecture and the restoration of so many beautiful buildings. The history of this town is amazing. It's equally amazing that so many buildings have escaped the wrecking ball and are being restored. I've been to Santa Fe and Taos. Las Vegas is definitely more of what I enjoy in terms of history, food, architecture and incredibly friendly people.

The plaza and the shops around it were interesting. We did not have time to really do more than that. We would have liked the Hot Springs and the Wildlife Refuge. We liked Charlie's Bakery and Olivia's for breakfast.

Las Vegas New Mexico is an unknown gem.

Las Vegas New Mexico is an unknown gem. Approximately an hour away from Santa Fe (which is way more touristic and buzzing) this small town has an interesting history that you can still feel when visiting. I loved to stay in the hotel with it's nice hotel shop, but also the antique shops are a real treat if you like to wander through history.

There was nothing positive that stood out.

There was nothing positive that stood out. We were there 1 day, thankfully. The hotel has no elevator, breakfast was unappetizing so we went to mcdonalds instead, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep well at all and my husband slept sitting in the chair instead. We will choose a different hotel if we decide to visit that area again.

Restaurants closed early on Sundays, ended up eating fast food which is not my preference. The KFC ran out of chicken at 7 pm. Only stayed the night, so I don't have much to say I don't plan to stay there again.

We did not have much time to visit Las Vegas since it was just a one night stop on our way back home. What I like about the town was that the hotels were a little more reasonably priced that those in larger cities. Las Vegas was a little behind in their recovery from Covid and the shops seemed to have suffered from the lack of business as a lot were. Loser.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I stopped in Las Vegas for gas and found this place on a Sunday afternoon and had lunch and it was amazing. I went to Santa Fe and told my coworkers how great the food was. We left Santa Fe on Tuesday night and spent the night at the hotel. We had Chicken Piccata for dinner and the Millennium toast for breakfast. Insane amazing! The staff is so down to earth and just flat out great! A perfect hidden treasure. I will certainly go back for a weekend getaway.

The room was perfect. It's big, it's very clean, it's tastefully decorated, it has all the amenities, including a refrigerator & microwave. There were plenty of lamps for light and a big desk to work at. Fairly quiet, good temperature, and the bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again in a minute. I did not try the morning coffee and breakfast buffet, but I can't imagine it's much different than all the other hotels. Not why I stay there, anyway

It was one of the cheapest rooms in town. Nice quality. All of the other hotel operators recommend this place because of the recent renovations/price. Family members paid a higher price at the Comfort Inn for the pool, and it was closed. They regretted their stay there.

The Palomino is an older,mid-century motel that has been nicely updated. The staff is friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was especially comfortable. The room rate was considerably less than the national chain motels/hotels nearby.
