Absolutely amazing town! I normally don't travel to cities, I'm a country girl at heart but something about this town was so inviting. There's so much history in this area. From Native American tribes finding peace amongst eachother and sharing the healing waters, to the Civil War Era, to the gangsters running around and the bathhouse's evolution. There's multiple fill stations you can bottle up the magical water and a few small springs out and about. You can't swim in them, but there's 2 bath houses you can go to sit in it. The historical buildings are what captured my attention the most and the ghosts that occupy them. I'm a photographer and got so many amazing photos during my stay. There's plenty of hiking spots in the mountains, waterfalls close by, and of course plenty of architecture to capture. It was this photographer's playground! The water tastes amazing and I splashed it on some scrapes and cuts I got from mining crystals about an hour away in mt. Ida. My wounds basically healed overnight. Absolutely amazing place I will be returning to but cutting out more time to explore. Almost everything is within walking distance and plenty of free parking around! I wish I'd have gotten to edit all of my photos before making this review but here's a few things I just got on my phone. If it will let me update the review I'll add all the great shots I got out here. 😁

Hot Springs is a very small area, but has great outdoor adventures! If you are in town, I highly recommend visiting Avant Crystal Mining and Wegner Phantom Quartz Mine because the people are fabulous and the experience of mining your own crystals is one-of-a-kind. I also recommend visiting Lake Catherine State Park!

Absolutely luv the historic area with bathhouse row and the Iconic Arlington Hotel!
Restaurants and shops for anything you would like. The mountains are just beautiful and add in all the fabulous lakes in area and you will find all sorts of activities to do. Just wonderful.
Oh and also don’t forget this area was the original home of baseballs spring training with much history not be seen here.

Love the Bathhouse brewing, the bath houses, the restaurant choices. So many to choose from! Shopping is fun, walking thru Arlington hotel, And the big antique mall is fun! It’s a nice stopover when we travel between Nashville and TX.
The views from the hotel were really nice, our window faced the national park. There was a trail head literally 100 ft from our room! The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty loaded down for a free continental and the location was perfect for exploring bath house row and the national park's downtown areas. Super impressed with this affordable little gem, we actually booked a room on our trip back home when we came back through Hot Springs.
The room was wonderful and spacious, and spotless. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The breakfast served was more than we expected. We have stayed in several other hotels in the Hot Springs area and Baymont is the best by far.
We will be staying at the Baymont from now on and will recommend it to our family and friends. The staff is friendly and wonderful to talk to and knowledgeable about the area. The price is very good for this wonderful room.
The room was a good size for 3 adults. The closet / bathroom was a bit odd, but it worked fine & we had plenty of room. The beds were double sized - not queen so the 3rd person might have been able to sleep on the love seat if it had pulled out - but it didn't. We made do. Everything else was really good - the pool was nice, the band on the weekend was great, the bar & food were good. We love the Arlington, so we had a wonderful time.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They are very clean. The breakfast provided was plentiful and tasty.. The workers were nice and helpful. I loved the layout of the room. You aren't provided dressers/drawers to store your things but I had no issue keeping everything in my suitcase and staying organized during my weekend stay. I can't wait till I have to travel to Hot Springs again because this will be my go to place.
The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the center of downtown and also very close to the Hot Springs National Park.
I also liked the swimming pool area, very nearby the park. It has two pools and a view towards the parks.
The room was ok, but a bit tight for a king bed. It has a very classic /historic interior.
The lobby and bar area is also very pretty and it usually has a great atmosphere.
Good location for other trips I had to made in Arkansas.
The ladies at the reception/breakfast area were all beyond nice and welcoming and super sweet.
Breakfast was ok, not fancy but enough for me start daily 7hr trips from and back to the hotel.
Has smoking rooms
Has a fridge and microwave.
Free parking in front of the rooms.
Minutes away from restaurants and the national park.
lovely hotel staff where fantastic after changing our room 3 times within an hour because of the noise we started on the 3rd floor to the 11nth floor to the 12th floor we booked in for two nights but had to leave after one night the noise from ice machine and fans on roof plus air conditioning a deaf man would have heard it don’t recommend this hotel for noise
Because of the high reviews we had high expectations. When we arrived the reception was closed. So we didn't meet the staff. A nice lady showed us where the key was but I don't know if she was a staff member. The room was clean. Bathroom needs an update. Was also clean. But no ac in the bathroom.
Clean room, very pleasant staff, awesome location. I booked this room only because it was one of the very few in town that had a vacancy. That being said... I will definitely be back whenever I'm in Hot Springs! Best motel/hotel stay that I have had in a long time. Highly recommended
Wonderful staff!!! Took extra time to help me. Clean and safe rooms!! Comfortable beds!! Breakfast great!! Waffles, Otis Spunkmeyer Muffins, Cereal, Oatmeal & Fruit. Eggs (not so good powdered I think) Juice milk and coffee. Very nice pool!! Check out the Apple Tree!!
It All started with Carol. She guided me ..drew out a map and listed exactly what we were wanting to do. Everywhere she sent us was Amazing...Every Hotel should have a Caro[ !! The room was clean...bed very comfortable...breakfast was fine...
This hotel is at a perfect location to visit Hot Springs, within walking distance to bath house row and across the road from the National Park. The hotel is old but kept clean and the accommodation are very comfortable plus free parking on site.
The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location and close to plenty of eating places. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we’re in Hot Springs.
Everything is new and clean. Bed is comfy. Kitchen and bathroom are spotless. Great lake view and great location with less than 15-min drive from downtown Hot Springs. Would definitely return if we visit Arkansas again!
We loved the location, being on the lake and pretty accessible to everything we wanted to do. It was very close to the waterfall at lake Catherine as well as the marinas for renting boats and all the restaurants.
This is a nice hotel that is in the perfect location in Hot Springs. You are easily able to drive to sites you would like to see and the main part of downtown is all an easy walk. We will be back again!!!
