They always listened to our wishes. There was one guy at the reception (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) who was attentive and always helped. The pool is clean. Breakfasts are delicious. Location is good, provides access to many point of interest around South Florida and Miami area. There is a nice patio outside with a back door and access to the nearby lake.
