Staff on site were very helpful. The property was very pleasing. The breakfast was very nice & a highlight. We enjoyed the balcony even though there was an unusual partition separating the other room next to ours.

Liked the location. Overall a nice hotel. Needs some revamping. Unfortunately we needed to call maintenance twice. But both times they were friendly and took care of the problems.

The staff was extremely helpful . I had written several weeks ago about how they had so kindly found my jewelry bag . They kept it and returned it to me a week later . I was overjoyed and appreciate La Toya and the reception staff for their honesty , kindness and definitely outstanding service .
