The pool and the free wifi is the only thing it had going for it there. And that McDonald's was right across the street

I liked the cleanliness, I liked that it was quiet. I really liked the area set up for pets. It had a fenced area and felt safe when I took my dog at night. Breakfast was adequate, better the first day than the second. Front desk was very helpful

We were blown away when we walked in. It just had a majestic look to it with the restaurant and everything. It smelled good and had a good feeling to it. The bed was SO comfortable!! TV worked and we were able to watch a movie. It was very clean and free Starbucks coffee in the hallway was a nice touch.

The hotel is dirty and dated, especially the elevator, hall and our shower. Smoking banned yet cigarette smoke permeated the lobby. Staff was rude and indifferent. Couldn’t even provide coffee before 8:30 on a Sunday morning. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice choice of eating places.
Nice choice of eating places. Well-marked streets and businesses. The Applebee’s was wonderful with excellent service and good food.
Steak and Shake was not clean, we ordered and then waited 30 minutes for our food. Won’t go there again!

Collinsville is great for exactly what it needs to be great for. I go there every fall for a major Sci-fi/Gaming convention, and everything I need is right off the highway, centrally located to the convention center, and of enjoyable quality. The convention center itself is roomy, well laid out, and surrounded by ample parking. I've never not enjoyed my timebin Collinsville.

People were more than rude on the phone and trying to cancel a reservation that was disguised as being in St. Louis Missouri. Not once not twice not three times not four times the five different occasions. Telling me I had to go through booking.com even after I had given booking.com and email and confirm canceling it with them they were unwilling to help me. Even so much is hanging up on me when I asked for a manager! We people were more than rude on the phone and trying to cancel a reservation that was disguised as being in St. Louis Missouri. Three of us came to Collinsville so we could attend the Summer Solstice observation at Chahokia Mounds. Really didn't see a city of Collinsville. It was more shopping centers and stores and restaurants, all of which were plentiful. We ate at Colton's for dinner and Bob Evans for breakfast. Both were good.
This was falsely advertised. We were to have a fold out couch and after checking in were told there wasnt' one, We had to leave and go to another hotel and were told that we would receive a refund for the reservation, Both booking.com and the employee at Comfort Inn told me I would receive a refund due to the poor experience, and I have yet to receive the credit on my card. I am reporting the hotel and booking.com to the better business bureau.
This was a great hotel. Although there were a lot of people there that day the hotel handled us, as individuals, with the utmost courtesy and service. The appetizers and drinks were great, the hotel was set up allowing us to feel "covid safe" including how they had the serving areas arranged. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We will definitely look for more Drury Inns as we travel.
Friendly greeting by staff at check in, very clean room, I always wear shoes in hotel rooms the bathroom floor was so clean I felt comfortable taking my shoes off, very quiet although there was alot of guests, located near several restaurants. We were too busy to eat at the free breakfast. We plan to visit this hotel again when we visit family again.
Everything from checking in to out was fantastic.. Room was great! Slept well and nice area. Employees very nice.. Breakfast was great also! My sister even said it was a lovely quiet hotel. My chihuahua enjoyed it too,he and I needed a little trip away.
Nothing!!!! Management was awful!!! We were kicked out of our room and all of our money taken from this hotel for no reason. The ‘general manager’ was out of control and I filed a formal complaint against this AWFUL woman!!
