location was good, lot of places to eat if you wanted to go outside the hotel. The hotel had a pool which was great for the kids. Also when we checked in we got free bottles of water.

The hotel was beautiful but our trip spoilt by the lack of the lift not working, no television, coffee and tea not replenished, no coffee/tea machine in reception and no cold water. We had to go to the gym to get water. The staff or lack of were most unhelpful!!

Lilly and Randy were extremely friendly and helpful. We were sorry the pool was closed for renovations. The bed was so comfortable and the room was great for my senior husband. We observed the solar eclipse from the back parking lot, which was a lot of fun! The breakfast buffet was, well average, but the service made up for the lack as all our needs were met. Thanks for an excellent stay. Also, I forgot to ask about the extra night for after a two night stay.

Very nice area plenty of food venues just don't stay at best western this place is a complete joke and the only 2 things that work correctly is the lighting and the heating. Don't expect hot water.

Breakfast offered was minimal. They lacked basi food. Waiter stated they were out of fruit salad, sausage, juice and brad was stale. THe fact is they filed for bankruptcy in July 2019. Evening dining w as nowhere but rather tasteless.
