Spotlessly clean, and always staffed by down-to-Earth workers. The night porter especially spoke really good English. I liked that there were plain, but wholesome sandwiches for sale (from a fridge) at a late hour.

Excellent quiet location gave us a nice break from the busy city. Nice to stroll round the park. Staff at breakfast were especially friendly with my kids and breakfast was excellent too
