We have had a good time at Ventozelo as a family. Both the reception and restaurant staff were great - very welcoming and friendly. The location of quinta is simply unbeatable - it's hard to find more beautiful views around Douro. The facilities are great and well maintained, from house interior to public places. Also, we had a great time during our Jeep tour and nice wine tasting. Definitely a recommended place.

Location was great- so close to central Pinhao and train station / boat port. You could walk to cafes and restaurants close by. The host Pedro was excellent and bought fresh bread rolls to us each day as part of our breakfast. The breakfast was basic but nice and adequate. Room was clean and tidy and bed was comfy. The apartment was dated but for the prices in Pinhao it was good value for money and a great location.
