What made this stay one of the best stays we had in Ericera was the lovely staff members but most exceptionally Lena, I'm not sure if Lena was the manager but she should most definitely be as she went above and beyond to make our stay so welcome which just made us feel lovely when we were away for a restful break. The breakfast was more than ample, fresh a and lots of continental choices. Also, the little snacks throughout the day were most welcome after long days exploring the area. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the rest of the staff were also lovely but Lena went above and beyond so thank you so much Lena, you were amazing :) The area is really central to everything so no complaints there either.

Location is great. The common area is nicely decorated and so are the bedrooms.

The hotel is right across the road from the beach, good food spots and bus into Sintra. The staff were so lovely and helpful with everything and were very friendly.
