The general facilities were good. Very clean hotel and all the staff were friendly and pleasant. Good rooftop bar. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel had a great vibe and feeling about it. Oir room was spacious and bright. To say we paid the same price there was a big difference in rooms.

First time staying at this hotel. Initially booked for family visiting Amsterdam and decided to try it for myself during a business event, based on positive reviews from the family. Reaching the hotel was an easy 20-minute leisurely walk from Amsterdam Centraal. Check-in process was quick and professional, with key information such as breakfast times and location advised. Lobby was spacious and full of casual distractions (e.g. small shop, ice cream, lounge area, bookshelves, etc.) No time to enjoy these amenities as the room was really superior! My special request to watch the ferry service was kindly fulfilled by assigning me a room facing the main ferry routes. Room also had a nautical theme! Nothing could be faulted in the room at all. I had everything I needed! Check-out process just as convenient and felt regretful to leave. Would definitely return again in future and have family and friends stay!

The bed was super comfortable and the room very quiet. Great automated day and night curtains and awesome lighting. Huge shower with excellent flow of water. Even if the room was marked as single the bed was a generous double, with great bedding and pillows. Even if the hotel is not very central the underground is few steps away and connects to center in few minutes; also underground on the way to the airport so very handy. Great bakery / cafe just next door.
