Location is brilliant - in the middle of all the attractions. Very easy to find and easy to reach by foot, tram or metro. Room was very compact; but it has everything you need. Bed is extremely comfortable and HUGE and I think that is all you need from a hotel. If you are after the traditional meet and greet, concierge etc then this is not a hotel for you. Its very user friendly, modern, quirky place with some brilliant art which I really enjoyed. Great place to work as well and staff were so friendly and chatty and cool.
Arrived much earlier than the check in times but they were kindly enough to offer me the room, which was great experience and a bonus.
I love the ipad that you use to manage the room mood, TV, curtains etc - now I want one for my home.

Really cool hotel, great bar to unwind in and the piano players were brilliant. Really enjoyed the Ocean Wine bar, had the high wine experience and it was fantastic. Staff were brilliant and very friendly, especially the shuttle bus drivers who were very helpful.
