From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of your staff were evident. The check-in process was smooth, and the signature warm cookie at check-in is always a delightful treat that we look forward to. The staff's friendliness and professionalism continued throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and valued at every interaction.
One particular highlight was our daily breakfast at Makan Kitchen. Despite the early hour of 6:30 am, your team consistently greeted us with warm smiles and attentive service. The breakfast buffet spread was nothing short of amazing—delicious, diverse, and meticulously prepared. It was the perfect start to our day.
Returning to our room after a day out in the city was always a pleasure. The comfy bed, fresh and crisp linen, and perfectly fluffed pillows provided a restful retreat. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job ensuring our room was impeccably clean and inviting each day.
This recent stay marks my fifth time at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, and it reaffirms my decision to choose your hotel whenever I visit KL. The consistent excellence in service, comfort, and overall experience keeps me coming back. I truly have no hesitation in recommending your hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
