Annie is a lovely lady and very understanding when we had an issue with the ferry company. She went above and beyond to help us. Beautiful location with lovely clean facilities.

My recent stay at the Landings for a friend’s wedding was truly a delight, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the dedicated staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shelda at reception, who was incredibly efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The fitness classes offered by Nikita and Terry were top-notch. Their expertise and enthusiasm made every session enjoyable and invigorating. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking to stay active during your stay, I highly recommend joining their classes. I really enjoyed the yoga classes too! Noe and Nigel, the hotel bellmen, were always on hand to assist with luggage and provide helpful information about the hotel and the local area. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest. Transportation was a breeze with the excellent service from Gaitan and Tyren Charles in the taxi service. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, ensuring that our travels around the city were convenient, safe and stress-free. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the attentive staff ensured a pleasant dining experience each morning. Overall, the exceptional customer service from the entire team made our stay at the Landings unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Marigot Palms is in a stunning location on the bay. Beautiful views and outlook from the apartments and outdoor areas. Just a 7 minute walk down to restaurants. Of course the excellent restaurant, The Villa, is only a short walk across the road. We had a wonderfully appointed apartment with spacious living room, balcony, bedroom and bathroom. It had everything we needed for our stay and the pool area is gorgeous. We had such a relaxing stay, and Ann and Danny were just great. Super helpful at arranging tours and visits for us, with Donna taking us on a tour to the north and south of the island. Lots of local knowledge and a lovely person to show you the island.

The hotel is located in a very ideal spot in the town of Soufriere. It is very convenient to get to different locations from here and the staff were really knowledgeable and helpful! Many convenience stores around also.

Location was excellent, pool was beautiful and secluded. The restaurant was also excellent. The room while a very good size was showing signs of age, but still fine.

Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..

Location to airport and view

A unique resort, the view of the Piton is spectacular, friendly and helpful staff, really good food and terrific cocktails! Room was spacious, very comfortable, well stocked and replenished daily. The mini fridge was a decent size and perfect for our needs.
