I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Siem Reap, and I can't recommend it enough! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what really makes it special are the owners. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. The rooms here are fully equipped with basic amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, refrigerator, toothbrush, kettle, hangers, etc.) and there is a kitchen that you can use. They went out of their way to ensure I had an amazing stay. If you're looking for a place that combines great accommodation with warm, personal service, this place is the perfect choice. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Siem Reap!

The Urban is an awesome resort with excellent, clean and well appointed rooms and facilities The swimming pool is perfectly positioned with tropical gardens. Complimentary afternoon tea was a surprising bonus. We really enjoyed our stay, we had a superior room for 2 nights which was lovely! We then extended our stay and stayed in a double room and this was very basic and had a lot of issues (tv screen smashed, shower leaked, and toilet seat had fallen off to name a few). Breakfast was great and timings were good, restaurant also made great food! Staff were lovely :)
