While I had high expectations based on the hotel's advertising and online reviews, my experience fell far short of what was promised. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: - The room was not clean and tidy upon arrival, with visible dust and dirt on surfaces and a strong odor in the bathroom. - The bed was uncomfortable and creaky, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. - The hotel's amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, were not well-maintained and were often closed during my stay. - The hotel's restaurant served subpar food, with long wait times and incorrect orders. - The hotel's staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, with a general attitude of indifference towards guests' concerns. I had expected a comfortable and relaxing stay at the Spanish Dream Hotel, but instead, I felt frustrated and disappointed.
