The surroundings is the best..the tranquillity the nature of the birds the flowers at the front of property and the pleasant conversation from the establishment owner. Our Orchid Bungalow was ok..but needed updating..ie the sofa and bathroom area could do with a little makeover..but all in all lovely.

We didnt stay long in Kingston, we were heading on a long road trip. Altamont Court is not far from the airport so we rested the night. We also stayed the night before we traveled back home to be close to the hotel as our flight was early in the morning. The room was comfortable on both occasions and met our expectations. The food exceeds our expectations, it was well prepared and delicious. The staff was also welcoming.

Great place to visit .
Great place to visit . Plenty of food of all kinds and great ambience. Traffic is not nice at all and people honk horns all day for no reason which is road rage capital to me but I find it amusing . I love going to Devon house which is a park area that has restaurants and places to eat desserts . People go there for the ice cream and atmosphere to take kids and have picnics and I love the steak house on the Verenda. Sunday is great for family day as plenty of vendors are there. Also there is a rive area with restaurants vendors and hotels nearby which is nice. They have lots of fun activities that come like Carnival which is a beautiful parade which costumes of great design feathers etc that is amazing.. people can be a hit or miss. I can not say every1 is nice but I can say you will enjoy yourself and want to come back.

Bob Marley museum, Devon House and Half Way Tree, were all very interesting and enjoyable.
Sea Deck restaurant food was disgusting, rice and peas was too spicy, and rubbery chicken was drowned by sauce that was way too sweet/ excessive. Waitress was disinterested with customers dissatisfaction, so maybe best avoid. Ambience was decent though, and as Sea Deck was not busy we should have demanded more edible meals.
Burger King was good.
Dice roll with restaurant food, maybe better served to just get Street food

Kingston is very nice.
Kingston is very nice. It’s safe if you’re familiar with your environment and the places you go. I am usually in New Kingston. And this was my first experience staying in Downtown Kingston and it is safe! We walked around the downtown area by ourselves and we were safe. We were 3 women. Kingston is City and it’s no different than any other city in the world.

Kingston is a place for dancing and food.
Kingston is a place for dancing and food. There isn't much amusement as in bowling arcade places or things of that sort but there is lots of life. The people can be a hit or a miss just like everywhere but you will have a great time full of music throughout the town as well as Jamaican culture with vendors and beautiful water everywhere. Food is always great and just beautiful weather is always a place to go.
The location is perfect; the food was okay could have more diversity. Its great to have Jamaican food but somethings like natural sugar free Yogurt would be great to, provide for guests with good cereals. Avocados( which are in abundance in JA) could also be added, they are healthy. I found the food at the Pegasus the weakest link, and the lots could be done to improve this.
The management is great and the excellent housekeeping deserves special mention and the very friendly and helpful staff!
This is the third time I stay here. The staff are like extended family at this point. They are amazing and kind and have looked after me and looked out for me in more then one way. They are currently doing a few renovations extending the space which will only add to an already awesome city hostel.
I love the space. Super social. Always meet great people here. I love Kaya herb house and all of the music and vegan options in the back yard there.
I will always recommend this place!
My stay was great. The host is very welcoming and friendly; he was available for any questions or assistance. The apartment was very clean and quiet and I felt safe. The apartment is about 25 minutes walking distance from Half Way Tree. So, you are not too far from the excitement and action. Also, TGIF, Devon house, Andrews Hospital and SDA church , New Kingston, and Bob Marley Museum are some of the other notable places within this radius.
I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for food and activities. My drivers Martin and Lendy were amazing, highly recommended if you stay. They are knowledgeable of the history of the country as well as the activities you choose. I stayed in the penthouse two bedroom suite, the room had modern finishes and TWO balconies. The safe was working which is always a plus. Staff respected privacy and was always available when necessary.
The New Kingston location is great, the property is easily accessible from Half-Way-Tree, Constant Spring, etc. Lots of restaurants and hangout spots nearby. The apartment was impressive. It was clean, spacious, and well lit with modern amenities and upgrades. The host, Ron, was pleasant, helpful and kind. The security guards at the entrance and the gate were professional and very courteous. I think this was Jamaican hospitality at its finest.
it’s not my first time staying at this hotel, the hotel is always clean and nice. front desk staff are always pleasant and welcoming.. Miguel is very helpful and have a nice personality he always have a pleasant face… this hotel my favorite place to stay in Kingston.. love this place. food is always tasting good.

Up the hill, with an incredible view on Kingston and away from the tumult; Tranquility Estate is the perfect place to stay during a work trip in Kingston.

A clean and comfortable stay in New Kingston. Most staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and well kept with a TV, fridge and wifi. The restaurant is also pleasant and convenient. I would say it was good value compared to other hotels in the area.
Four things I like the most:
1. Very clean apartment
2. Centrally located - safe neighborhood, and close proximity to Devon House and other attractions
3. 24 hour a day security. Security guard let you in and out of the premises
4. Very quiet building
It was quite a beautiful building. Free parking. Nice food. A pretty pool (plus another pool just for decoration on the balcony near the bar). Close to two main attractions: the Devon house and Bob Marleys house.
The hotel had a lovely period decor and was quiet despite being close to the bustle of Kingston, location was also good and enabled us to visit Bob Marley house/museum and Devon House.
Lots of space and quiet. Own designated parking was great. Central location close to famous locations eg Devon House. View from the roof was great. Safe secure environment.
Beautiful guesthouse, not too far from Kingston and still completely surrounded by nature. All facilities are clean and feel luxurious. This the place to stay!
Excellent WiFi. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean. The kitchen was clean and acceptable. The location was central to shopping malls.
Well decorated, clean,, quality linen and towels. Responsive and pleasant hosts. Great location close to Devon House, new Kingston, Bob Marley museum etc
