Beautiful designed houses, not too many on the premise and well spaced out. Very private. Super comfortable beds, bathroom, kitchen well appointed. Good heating. We got caught in very bad weather, but could really relaxe in the house.

The food (breakfast only on our stay), accommodation and staff were all as one would hope to find. The oly reason I have not awarded 10/10, was that the owner was not forthcoming, except for an SMS sent to us before our arrival, that the cook had burned himself and it meant the evening meals would not be available, necessitating the use of not so local restaurants (30 - 40 km each way). However, we did get the warning.

Great location and good property. Having washing machine and tumble dryer was the best part. Kitchenet was good to cook meal and breakfast. The room clean and decent shower. Lots of parking. We had some issues and they helped to sort the issues quickly. Great staff.

We had an amazing stay at Laxhus. The rural location was perfect for us, an oasis of serenity after a busy and exhausting day’s sightseeing. We loved watching the sheep and lambs, as well as the stunning sunsets and vista from the accommodation. Everything about the property was perfect.
