This property was fantastic. Definitely worth the stay, so close to the main square. The owners were great and let us know that they were there to share knowledge of the area and if there were any issues. The house was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Beautiful place in a beautiful area.

Very friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful house with excellent attention to detail throughout. Teddy and Paddington were a lovely bonus too - they stole our hearts. We’ll certainly be back!

We loved our stay at The Tool Shed. The location was so beautiful and remote; just what we needed! The communication was brilliant, especially as we needed a late night check-in after our wedding. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of bubbly on arrival and a yummy breakfast. The accommodation was so comfy and welcoming, a real home comforts vibe. Looking out of The Tool Shed were endless fields, and luckily for us, lots of sunshine! The owners have the loveliest dog who we enjoyed playing with, too! We hope to visit again someday.

Staff are lovely and very welcoming. Great Italian restaurants nearby, we had dinner at one of them and the chicken in cream and mushroom sauce was divine. We only had breakfast in the hotel a couple of times as we were room only. Visit the minster and visit the library up the winding stairs if open. Quintessential English town with charming understated...
Quintessential English town with charming understated architecture and pleasant atmosphere. Good pubs/restaurants. The Minster is lovely to visit and worth the climb up the spiral stone staircase to see and hear about the chained library (one of only 5 left) but check opening times for the library. The Priests museum is also worth a visit and lovely garden for tea. Also, handy in reach of NT’s Kingston Lacey which is well worth 2-3 hours.CharlesUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

A Pretty little town with some quaint Old pubs and great selection of restaurants for all budgets. Lots of charity shops full of affluent locals' cast offs and treasure!-) Some really lovely shops and cafes with great service.

All necessary cleaning products too. Also, there were towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. It was on a nice quiet site only 5 minutes drive into Wimborne Minster, approx 30 minutes walk, although along grass verge for some of it. Lots of lovely eateries in Wimborne and a short walk along the river. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Lovely little courtyard garden to enjoy a morning coffee, or park our bikes in as we did. Rooms very comfortable. Great location in Wimborne, just a few minutes walk to the many eateries and shops. All in all, we loved the cottage and felt very welcomed by the hosts. Highly recommend.

The room was very spacious and clean, however due to it being at the very top of the hotel and the weather being so hot, it was unbearable and the heat was oppressive, despite the hotel issuing two fans.
