I can hardly remember when a hotel made me so excited. The dark narrow road through the forest to the property was a bit challenging but the late arrival itself around 9pm was smooth. I was even offered cold milk for my evening tea. Singing birds in the morning, lovely view from the room, and delicious full Scottish breakfast charged me to continue my journey across Scotland.
