The bedroom was super comfy and cosy so it didn’t feel like we were in a big tent at all! The bathroom facility was very close to our tent and was very clean, same goes for the kitchen and breakfast area.

Location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Sidmouth. The centre was just a 5 minute walk via a very pleasant route.
The grounds were extremely well maintained and even better as the sun was shining.

Our room overlooked the golf course and woodlands, it was so beautiful to wake up to. The staff were exceptional as was the food. The clubhouse lounge also had amazing views. It was really relaxing and to have a 11 am check out was great.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, immaculately clean and in a very pleasant and remote location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was both comprehensive with great variety. In the room there was plenty of tea and coffee provided together with bottled water and a couple of biscuits. There was plenty of storage for clothing and a view of the front garden.

Staying at Bowhayes Farm was the best decision for our bank holiday weekend. We felt immensely looked after by the host Howard, had plenty of wood for our fires and received some great recommendations for walks and places to eat. The pitch, surrounded by an apple tree orchard, was so tranquil, the bathroom was immaculate and there even was a shower with multiple shower heads! This was without doubt the best Devon getaway we’ve ever had, and much of this was due to the genuine interest, warmth and care from the owners of the farm. Thank you for our lovely stay, we will definitely be back.
