The property was ideally situated for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were very polite and attentive at both the evening meal and breakfast. The food was of excellent quality at affordable prices and superbly cooked. I would definitely recommend to anyone and we look forward to stopping by again 👍👍

A nice old building which has been modernised. Ample parking and well kept exterior and parking. Nice little seating area to front.
Friendly hosts.
Decent smart TV.
Modern 'boutique' styling.
Although breakfast is not included there are full drinks making facilities, yogurts and pastries provided.

We had evening meal in the restaurant, which has a really lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. We are both vegetarians and there was a good choice. Service was also very good at both meals.
We especially liked watching the bowling, perfect on a Summer evening.

The property was set up lovely we had Cleeton House and Swallows Nest as we required 4 rooms. From the write up it sounded like the properties were adjoining, this was not the case and they were two separate properties. Fortunately for us our party consisted mainly of adults so it wasn’t an issue with some of us being next door we used the courtyard doors to access each other. The area is rural and amazing however if you are a townie its not far to the main road which takes you to the town. There are plenty of good places to eat within a short driving distance. We loved the area because we have family close by so it was the perfect location to allow access to all of them.
