We were upgraded to an executive suite which was a nice surprise. We had a window with a view over the Mersey and the fantastic Ferris Wheel right outside our window. All aspects of our visit were exceptional

The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Bathroom was accessible with walk in shower (important as a Visually Impaired person). We were greeted very cheerfully by the doorman Jack who helped with our luggage and made us feel very welcome as did the rest of the staff we encountered during our stay. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Dinner meals were also enjoyed.

On arriving the entrance area gives a great first impression, and the reception staff followed this through with really good, friendly service! Our room was lovely with brilliant shower/bathroom. Breakfast was very good too. We booked in for dinner on our last night and the meal was really good. I chose steak and it was the best I have had in a long while.
