Overall the room didn't even provide the basic condition for just sleeping without comfort. Firstly, the room was very dusty. The floor in the wash room has many cracks and for my case the sink was not even draining. Most importantly, I didn't even get hot water and heating in the room. Well, I can recomend because its a waste of money

It was located closeby to a location I needed to attend. They have their own parking spaces out front and at the back.
Quite a few food places within walking distance of the property such as, indian restaurants, pub food, harvester, a chinese, a chip shop etc. for the size of this hotel, the breakfast seating area seems acceptable and staff are polite and accommodating.

We liked the location and where it was. It was old but modern in which we liked also. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we wanted to upgrade to a different room. The breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of choice on the continental breakfast.

When you go into Upminster it has a good selection of shops.
When you go into Upminster it has a good selection of shops. and if you are going into London, then park in the station car park and get the underground. Parking after 10 am is £3 a day. District Line runs from Upminster all the way to Richmond.
