Extremely stylish room, with fantastic attention to detail. I've stayed in places way more expensive than this that were nowhere near as luxurious!

Queen Bee & B, hotel in Troed-y-rhiw

Queen Bee & B is situated in Merthyr Tydfil, 38 km from Cardiff University, 39 km from University of South Wales - Cardiff Campus, and 39 km from Motorpoint Arena Cardiff.

As the name says.. definitely a queen of B&B. The best property we have stayed in so far. A homey feeling with a touch of 5 star hotel room. The room was spotless and immaculate. A walking dressing and a big toilet. The property has a dining hall which can be used for takeaways. It was only 15mins walk from the high street with many options of nice dine in restaurants and take aways. Would definitely be returning and recommend to our friends and family.

My favourite places of course were the different mountain trails that we managed to do (four waterfalls, pen-y-fan). we went to big supermarkets around the area 10-20 minutes away from the house where we were staying to buy food and prepare it at home. We also stopped in a restaurant close to our chosen mountain trail for lunch, and ordered take away from an indian restaurant close to the accommodation. the village is small and you don't see many people around; if you want to stay in a busy town, this is NOT your place.
