Warm friendly greeting, my requests were met with no issue or questions I.e. ground floor room due to having a son that likes to jump up and down a lot to prevent any other guests being unhappy. Requested regards playing golf and early ride time to theme park and all said yes. Please note I had bought tickets separately.
Restaurant team in brasserie are friendly and accommodating too for allergies and special needs and not forgetting the breakfast team.
Room size for a standard room is massive and comfortable. Had a large bed with large sofa bed and slept through as it was very quiet as the hotel has a quiet rule from 10pm to 7pm which is great.

Location was good as very central and all essentials were present in the room. Ie shower gel fresh bedding towels etc. Bed was comfortable and clean and towels were soft also. Breakfast was self service and nice food. Signage of where breakfast room is would have been helpful though.

The Tamworth Arms is a great place to stay, with friendly staff, very good food and clean rooms.
We enjoyed our walk around the town. The castle looked lovely all lit up at night. It would have been nice to have been there during the day to visit the castle and find out more about the King of Mercia.

Tamworth has a lot in it. A massive retail park with loads of shops, even got a Primark, lots of food options on it too, Nandos, Pizza Exp, Mcdonalds, KFC and loads more. There's big ski centre, its got everything if you want to venture out at night or find yourself short of something you forgot to pack.

It was unforgivable trip, after this trip London and the same London hotel, it is nothing...
I really love Tamworth, and want to come back
My next trip begins from Tamworth
We chose hotel as very close to Drayton manor. Should have looked more into location as a swimming pool next door we could have made use of. Beautiful surroundings with a very short walk across the bridge to a fabulous play park for kids due to open soon, skate park, cafe, castle and gardens. Wish we were there for more than our trip to just the theme park. Would definitely come to Tamworth again.
The apartment is very spacious and the decor is done to a high standard. Feels a bit luxurious. The bed was comfortable. The host is pleasant and helpful. She showed us around when we arrived and told us about the area and local shops.
My 2 year old said " I love this hotel. It's beautiful!" and you can always rely on kids for their honesty!
The hotel was perfectly located across the road from the Assembly Rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in Christopher's was delicious. There was real coffee and a cafetiere in the room as well as biscuits which was a nice touch.
Location decent for anyone looking to stay in Tamworth. Have to say best night sleep I have had in ages, generally struggle sleeping away from home. For £45 for the night, it was very good value. Owner very polite and outlined was carrying out works. Wish him all the best in updating.
It was spotlessly clean . All of the staff were exceptional. They were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel room was spotless and really fresh . We had a meal there and it was amazing. I would highly recommend this place . It was a full ten out of ten xxx
Room was brilliant really clean, comfortable and great value for money. Staff were excellent and very helpful, Breakfast was good with a large variety of options. Location of the hotel was ideal close to the Town Centre and local attractions.
Good hotel. Lots of activities for kids during mid term break. Evening kids entertainer which my kids thoroughly enjoyed and a nice outdoor play area as well. Good breakfast- however eggs could have been cooked properly.
Kind, friendly staff that had excellent suggestions about local food and attractions. The hotel is located within the same block as the Castle, so was perfect for an evening stroll to explore the surrounding grounds.
Proximity to shops, castle, transport. Lots of things to do in and around Tamworth. Good hub to travel to other areas.
Huge living and dining area. Plenty of storage. Big kitchen.
Location was excellent. Food(breakfast) was very good with plenty of variety. Restaurant was clean and tidy. The general atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and welcoming.
The room was clean and had everything you needed
Book in was swift and access to the property after hours straight forward
Location excellent for Tamworth town centre
