All staff were attentive and very professional. Room was clean, bathroom was good. I didn't have a spa treatment because i went with my two daughters and treatments are for 18+ only but it being elemis, I'm sure it would've been great. The spa facilities were excellent. It's good that you can usr the spa facilities even after checking out. I will stay again.
