Ideal spot to explore the area, and all necessary amenities very close by. No additional charge for our 2 dogs, and excellent comms and info from host leading up to our stay.

Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Room was clean, plenty of tea/coffee. Bed was on a slant but it’s an old building so to be expected.
Lovely gardens with the evening sun. Nice breakfast with lots of choices.

Large pub, excellent location near the beach, with about 30 rooms. I had a single room, with single bed - standard pub no frills accommodation.
The breakfast was excellent, and there was plenty of parking space. Friendly and pleasant staff. I would definitely hope to return next summer.
lovely little place. Very small but still lovely.
The tram ride is worth a go. We went to the furthest stop in Colyton and had a wander and drink in a couple of pubs, then went back to the next stop of Colyford and had a wander and a couple of drinks.
The wildlife you can see from the tram is lovely and all the drivers are knowledgeable and friendly.
Everyone seemed very friendly in the area.

We were there a bit early in the season so some of the eating places were not open but we ate twice at the monsoon Indian which was a `byo alcohol, the food was nice. We also ate in Sidmouth. Very easy to get around and buses very regular to Beer and Sidmouth and Exeter.

Stunning scenery, beautiful location.
Stunning scenery, beautiful location. Town just had no restaurants open in the week in the evening, all only serve Breakfast & lunch & then close or stop serving food. A couple small takeaways for evening week night food is all that is available.

Seaton is a very quiet unspoilt place that is lovely for walks along the beach, the cliff park or along the wetlands. It is very much for the local population and not that much orientated towards visitors. The tram ride is well worth a visit.
If you want noise and discos don't go.

Easy to get around Seaton on foot.
Easy to get around Seaton on foot. Ragini restaurant was very good. Hideaway on seafront good for a cream tea. Yeungs Chinese takeaway excellent. When eating need to ensure places are open when out of season. Large Tesco/Aldi etc in centre great if you are self-catering. Tramway a good experience. Donkey Sanctuary a surprisingly good visit too and "free" not many of those around. A very relaxing & charming location.

Seaton Tramway was very enjoyable and a day rover certainly worth the money if you want to do more than one trip.
Seaton Wetlands was a wonderful place for birds watching and wildlife although you are not allowed to take your dog. The island hide particulary had plenty of birds while I was there.
Nigel and Linnea are excellent hosts. They made us feel very welcome and the tea and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, cooked by Nigel, with a great variety to choose from including homemade preserves. They are both very knowledgable about the area which was very helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble. Linnea is very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Nigel and Linnea are lovely people and we would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Much better than a hotel.
Loved the location of the apartment, great for the beach, shops, pubs and eateries. Really liked Seaton and would recommend walking down to Axminster Harbour and watching sunset, seeing the swans and the boats, fisherman etc.
The host was extremely nice and helpful adjusting check in time for us and very quick to get in touch with replies.
Brilliant place to stay right by the sea
The trams were just 2minutes away well worth walk and tram ride.is 3 miles long.
Idea for to get away and have a good rest lots of walks
Hotel meals very good and Dean and Lisa and Macy and Dawn the owners and staff
So much fun had by all
The location is good, beautiful countryside, short drive to Lyme Regis or Seaton beach, nice clifftop walks, wetlands and wildlife close by. The cottage was small, terraced, with convenient off-road parking and could have been very nice but let down by some key items.
We really loved this Hotel, such easy going friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our two dogs enjoyed it too and were made very welcome.
It is in a great position in Seaton. We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to return
.Thank you.
The apartment is very new and spotlessly clean. Loved very single details there. The apartment is very bright, airy and stylish. Close to seaton beach side, it's just 3 mins drive away. Would definitely go there again.
It was comfortable and clean and had almost everything you needed. Great location close to Seaton Lyme Regis and Beer. Fantastic price for main summer weeks. Owner really helpful.
