Was a home from home caravan, was very comfortable, everyone felt at home from the minute we got in, there was 10 of us in total 3 of which were children, they loved it and were very excited to spend Easter weekend there, The host was very kind and was very quick in answering if we had any questions.

The location was perfect for the wedding I attended at St Osyth Priory - everything was walking distance as well as there being regular local buses running nearby. Teresa and Stephen let me check in slightly earlier than usual in order to get to the wedding on time which was very much appreciated, and I got a good explanation of all the ins and outs of the boat so I didn't worry hearing the occasional bump & creak when the tide came in! I was blissed out, laying on the sofa listening to the radio on a sunny day with the boat opened up, having a snooze and feeling safe and secure. Everything very clean and a good selection of cooking equipment and basics like oil, salt and pepper. The wifi was good, hot water system amazing - I had a very chilled out nice hot bath. Plenty of towels and toilet paper etc. Would definitely come again!
