The landlady was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very well appointed and comfortable and the breakfast, although limited choice, was delicious.

Great views, friendly host and fantastic breakfast, we were on a motorcycle tour of the area and the property even had secure under cover motorcycle parking with chains and anchor points

Stayed one night as a stop over in a large double room with ensuite. Beautiful property in rural location, good for Elan Valley. The host was really nice and provided an excellent cooked to order breakfast. Small pub a few minutes walk away with friendly staff / locals. Would definitely use it again if in the area. Bare in mind nowhere to eat locally.

Lovely flat, clean, good size.
We only stayed one night so didn’t use to full potential. Would be ideal for 3-4 days stay self catering.
Good location, close to several pubs & shops.
We came by motorbike, and although normally no parking, said we could park at back of property
Tiered garden to spend time in (we didn’t use as only there 1 night).
In the old town area, just 5 minutes’ walk from the River Wye, this 200-year-old Welsh stone building is rich in original character and traditional charm, with wood beams and exposed stonework.

Fantastic location to explore the Elan Valley, undercover parking for the motorbikes. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and a fantastic breakfast.

I was in the area to photograph red kites and to see family. St Harmon's is ideally situation for the Elan Valley as well. A delightful part of the world with much to explore; I love it.
I was also surprised to see so any places open fort diner on a Sunday evening. I am pescatarian and had no trouble finding a pescatarian or vegetarian meal.
