Most of us got a good night's sleep because of the extra pillows provided and they made sure our rooms were close to each other. We were also able to leave our bags while we went around town waiting for our rooms to be ready.

Hotel staff really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very clean in all areas of hotel. Spacious rooms and lovely modern en-suites. We were staying as a group of friends for a birthday. Great location in terms of easy access to Newcastle centre and the room rate was good value.

Nothing my daughter and I didn’t feel safe to stay there after seeing the reception and toliets. There was no one there to check us in, but there was a key to a room left lying around for anyone to use. The telephone number was just an automated dead end. We had to do a 3 hour drive home after the Women’s England game to arrive home at 2.30 am and still pay £63 for a room we didn’t use! Nothing like the write up.
