Martina and Brendan were absolutely fantastic hosts. Friendly and engaging, nothing was too much trouble for them. Martina gave us a lift to the Rostrevor Inn, and Brendan brought us back on the "bingo bus"! The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and tidy, and views over Carlingford Lough to die for. In short - outstanding!

The host, Eddie met us on time and showed us the apartment. He was kind and considerate, going out of his way to make my daughter, her husband, baby and two cocker spaniels very welcome. He encouraged us to enjoy the gardens. He provided tea/ coffee biscuits and a few kitchen basics eg salt. Gracious host, would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Nook. It is a lovely self contained unit, very well equipped and spotless. It has its own little outside space - we enjoyed having our breakfast alfresco as weather was fab during our stay. Hosts are lovely and very helpful. We would highly recommend the Nook for a few days stay in this beautiful part of the country at any time of the year.

Rostrevor is tucked into the base of the Mourne Mountains and the mountain never leaves you...Behind each roof top is a lovely green mountain framing your experience and calling to you to come back. You can walk everywhere and get right up onto the mountain right away. The food is fresh and coastal and moderately priced. The Folk Music is some of the best I've found anywhere.

Ate at the Rostrevor inn on the first night & the following morning. Both meals were of very poor quality & using the worst quality ingredients & cooked by a chef with no taste buds, as it was bland. Breakfast was no better, if anything it was inedible. poor quality produce used including basic grade condiments. The Rostrevor charges the highest prices for the worst quality food. presented like it was gourmet fayer. Wetherspoons serve better food I suggest you find the nearest one & stay clear of this establishment. On any other visit I would stay in a tent in a field & get better service & tastier food.
Lovely view of the mountains and sea. The pod was supplied a little heater which was most welcome after a day in the August rain. The beds are comfortable and the showers clean and, most importantly hot!
The reception staff are friendly and very helpful.
We signed up to an hour of sea kayaking which included pier jumping and spin on a jet ski. The guide was excellent, my boys had a brilliant time.
Try Warrenpoint for food, Rostrevor didn't have much to offer other than a chippy/pizza takeout.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Oystercatcher. Our hostess Pasqualina is a lovely lady and was very helpful and we thank you so much. We booked breakfast which was good and had it each morning in the dome in the garden. Our room on the ground floor was comfortable and clean. Had an onsuite with a roll top bath. In the evening we'd sit on the roof terrace with a glass of wine and enjoyed the beautiful view of Carlingford lough. We'd certainly recommend staying at the Oystercatcher Rostrevor.
Beautiful B and B in the heart of Rostrevor. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing view from room. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and our hosts were lovely! Beautiful garden with the lovely aroma of roses and poppies. Within walking distance of the village and Kilbroney Forest Park. Would definitely recommend 😍😊
The breakfast was very hearty and locally sourced. We sat in front of a large glass window, framed by vines tinted with autumn's beginning color, as we overlooked the bay. The quiet room was invitingly decorated with delicate wild flowers from the area. It was a glorious way to wake up and will be missed by us all.
Ideally located in beautiful Rostrevor, the "the Riviera of the North". Stunning location and stunning views from the garden and from the terrace. Lovely hosts, they are keeping the guesthouse in immaculate condition, so much attention to details.
Beautiful rooms, relaxed atmosphere. We will be visiting again.
Location so central .Hotel discreet access to pub and is also completely separate to restaurant .Everything spotless and in good order and very helpful and organized staff.
Breakfast very high quality and delicious served promptly by very friendly staff.
Loved everything, best guest house we have ever stayed in, rooms, views, breakfast, shower, location, but Martine and Brendan make Seaview special, we will be back very soon, some 5 star hotels should take lessons from Seaview guest house.....
No 19 is very quiet and comfortable with handy parking. It's a very short walk from the centre of Rostrevor and just a few minutes from the sea and Kilbroney park. Our host had even left us a treat of Easter eggs, which was a nice surprise.
The room and facilities were exceptional for the price paid. The staff were professional and friendly and the food was delicious. The Rostrevor Inn is ideally located for travelling around the area and we will definitely be back
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Nook. Clean, comfy and had everything we needed. 5 minute walk in to the centre of Rostrevor which was convenient and the host was a lovely friendly man and very helpful.
Will be back
John and Christina were exceptional hosts , nothing was too much trouble.
Freedom to come and go as you pleased.
Place was very clean and well thought out for accommodating both hotel guests and campers
Beautiful location with fantastic views of the Lough. Our hosts are as friendly and gracious as they come. I've stayed at hotels and B&Bs all over the world - Seaview Guesthouse is hard to beat!
The staff were wonderful and the dinner in the restaurant was delicious! The property is also located in a beautiful countryside setting, ideal for exploring Northern Ireland.
The warm welcome, very accommodating allowing us to store our bikes in the garage, clean hot tub and proximity to Rostrevor trail centre - this is where the magic ended.
