Just an overnight stay, but I’m so glad we chose the Red Lion. The staff are cheerful and happy and were very friendly. Our evening meal was delicious and there was so much if it, similarly with breakfast. Delicious fare, fresh and cooked to order, no wonder the restaurant was fully booked! The staff were very friendly and the food was really good with plenty of it. One minor problem was the shower head required a bit of attention with a phillips screwdriver to make sure it stayed in position but no problem with hot water.

It's a good location for many things in that area. we were there for a ride in the Lancaster at the Aviation Museum, so only stayed one night. But much more to see in the local area. Open Days at the Museum are fab, highly reccomended.JohnUnited Kingdom
