Right on the busy Fosse Way but that didn't trouble us backpackers for our one -night stay walking the Monarch's Way (it's a couple of miles off the path, with other trails in front of the hotel). Lovely room, kind owners, historic interior with great food and an excellent breakfast (served). Chedworth Roman Villa just up the road. A very good location for exploring this part of the Cotswolds. We'll happily stay for longer next time.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Set in a beautiful part of the world it really is lovely. The staff go above and beyond and are so welcoming and friendly. Food is delicious and we had a great dinner. Breakfast was fab and plentiful. Accommodation is flawless, spotlessly clean and luxurious. Rupert and Mabel totally added to the experience :) Very happy with our stay and will be back!

The property itself is beautiful and very quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were so so comfy and the shower was also lovely. Location wise it was 15/20 mins drive to popular bourton on the water. We ate at the restaurant and the food was exceptional - best food we’ve had in a long time.

Quenington is close to Cirencester which has all the normal High Street shops plus a fantastic museum and a Roman Ampitheatre. The famous Bibury is a 5 minute drive away and Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold are a 30/45 minute drive.
The village has it's own pub and another just up the road in Coln St Aldwyns (which also has a small village shop) and is surrounded by stunning countryside with at least 4 walks right on the doorstep

We just stayed one night here as we had a wedding to attend the next day. The venue and location were beautiful... our room exceed our expectations, it was more like a suite. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it for other travellers.

A lovely pub with great food.
A lovely pub with great food. It was very quiet and the room was lovely. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the roads were one track roads, having said that, there wasn't much traffic.

We not only enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the Keepers Arms but also an excellent Sunday lunch.
Fabulous boutique Pub Hotel on the outskirts of Cirencester. Stayed in the top level suite, which was amazing! Beautifully furnished, with all comforts including a separate living room, dressing room and ensuite. I was working remotely so this was a perfect room to both work, rest and relax in. Pub itself provided tasty food and John and his team were very hospitable. Would visit again.

The accommodation and food are excellent .Would like to thank John for the warm welcome and hospitality at dinner,Clare and Neville and also Alice at breakfast. John and the staff were very welcoming. The place was lovely in a great location. Nice and quiet at night. The food was excellent, the beer was cold. The Vibe of the hotel with the locals was great. Highly recommended.
Quaint little cottage that was perfect for our family of six.
It was ideally located to explore the Cotswolds and for day trips to nearby towns like Oxford and Bath.
